DEOUNTABL-BODY version A „f its • solid fuel dispensing and bagging unit has been introduced by Atkinson's of Clitheroe Ltd., Clitheroe, Lancs. Basically the equipment consists of a bulk hopper body with moving floor and a weighing and bagging _unit. A small petrol engine is installed to power the equipment.

This new unit will enable platform lorries to be converted for temporary use on coal delivery using the latest methods of bagging and weighing at the delivery point which with the introduction of modified coal distribUtion methods-with centralized storage depots—will become increasingly desirable. When not in use the demountable body can be supported on special stilts supplied by Atk inson's.
