Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

: Belgian police are warning UK truckers against gangs of criminals who are preying on hauliers using the E411 BrusselsLuxembourg road.

The warning is on display at truck parks along the route following a spate of attacks on truckers parked overnight.

The gangs feed CS gas through the air intake at the front of the truck, or through ventilators, as drivers sleep. They then smash their way into the cab and steal cash, credit cards and phones. There are thought to have been at least 25 such incidents this year—one Dutch driver is critically ill in hospital following an attack.
