of Pasquin air jacks is now available from Nottingham-based Lift-Fix, There are 19 models with capacities from 25 to 50 tonnes, incorporating single-stage operation. Starting heights are as low as 150mm, with a choice of handle length-1,270 or 1,570mm. This specification allows the jacks to be used on any type of heavy vehicle, says the distributor.
Safety features include an overload valve, large, stable base plus handle-located controls for convenient operation. If the air supply should be halted, the jack is auto matically locked into position. Smaller models have a singleacting air pump which can be operated from the auxiliary corn pressor on a vehicle. Prices range from 1.890 to £2,220.
