Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A single-deck Leyland Leopard coach, the latest addition to the fleet of Rennie's Lion and Comfort Coaches of Dunfermline, is currently being used on contract for Grampian Travel Ltd of Perth taking private parties to and from the Continent. However, it is the intention of Rennie to use the coach with others similar for direct express services linking Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Dunfermline with Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Frankfurt — if its application to the Scottish Traffic Commissioners for a service starting in 1974 is successful.

The 12-metre being used has bodywork by Van Hool and has a 44-seat capacity. At the rear of the coach is a food-serving area with a refrigerated storage space enabling a cold-plate meal service to be provided on board. Also at the rear is a fully equipped toilet.

The Leopard is powered by a Leyland 0680 engine rated at 175 bhp driving through a 10-speed splitter gearbox.
