Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Thursday afternoon was devoted to demonstrations at the Pebsham site of the capabilities of a variety of earthmoving machinery. Among units of transport interest was an 8-ton lowloading trailer by Rubery Owen, specially designed to facilitate the movement of heavy mobile equipment. In this twinaxle model a tractor or similar machine is driven up the fixed ramp on to the trailer platform until the operator feels the platform beginning to tip. He then inches forward until obtaining the horizontal and the trailer is locked in readiness for travel.

A convincing performance in movement of soil on rough ground was given by the Dinkum Dumper 70, a stoutly built articulated model for handling loads of 8-10 tons either off or on the road. The turning circle is 26 ft. In addition to the DD 70, which has a 65 b.h.p. fourcylinder oil engine, there is now the DD 85 which is powered by a sixcylinder diesel of 85 b.h.p. capacity.
