TRAILER AND BODY manufacturer Gray & Adams has bought Bedfordsh irebased vehicle repair firm Brycol for an undisclosed fee.
Brycol, which specialises in CV repair and refurbishment, will be renamed Gray & Adams (Bedford), and becomes part of its existing portfolio of four service and support sites across the UK.
Brycol MD Colin Gurney will continue in his present role, while Gray & Adams southern area sales manager Graham Usher will move to the Wilstead site.
Last year the trailer manufacturer spent £1.5m on expanding its repair facilities at its headquarters in Eraserburgh, Scotland. It also has repair sites in Dunfermline, Fife; Newtownabbey, County Antrim: and Doncaster. South Yorks.
