The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004, CIF 10 May 2004 These regulations align the existing UK carriage of dangerous goods regulations with ADR. They bring into scope operations that were not previously covered, in particular carriers of diesel, waste and parcels.
