As a rule folk don't take too kindly being told what to do, especially if the edict comes from Downing Street. However, it appears there is one person in London who is only too happy to take official advice.
A Government advertisement in Hackney featured a real mountain bike suspended 30ft high with the slogan: "In case of traffic, break glass". An environmentally minded thief has taken them at Their word, and ricked it.
