DEPARTING from previous practice, the Ministry of Transport is now thinking of plating vehicles used for abnormal and indivisible loads, where such vehicles are also used under C. and U. regulations for normal traffic. The RHA heavy haulage group is going to discuss the plan, through a special sub-committee, with the Ministry.
