OFFER FOR COVENTRY RADIATOR CAPITAL

AN offer has been made by Associated Engineering Holdings, Ltd., to acquire the whole of the capital, amounting to £1.5m., of Coventry Radiator and Presswork Holdings, Ltd. The directors of the Coventry concern have accepted the offer as regards their own holdings, and have recommended the shareholders to follow suit. If the deal is completed, Mr. H. R. Moore and Mr. F. P. L. Jackson will become directors of A.E.H.

BIG S.M.T. DEPOT OPENED WELL-EQUIPPED new premises, VI' covering 130,000 sq. ft., for the sales and service of commercial vehicles were opened at Finnieston, Glasgow, on Monday by the S.M.T. Sales and Service Co., Ltd. Spares are kept for A.E.C., Bedford and Scammell vehicles. The entrance to the service bay is high enough for double-deckers. The official opening was performed by the Duke of Hamilton.
