Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The first of a batch of new 17-tonne Skipmaster RT17 skiploaders on Volvo FL618 4x2 chassis have joined Duffields of East Anglia's hire fleet.

The RT17s use a cranked arm to nest skips with a camactuated rear stabiliser for compactness when retracted.

Built by Re-Tech Engineering of Stanton, the new design will soon be joined by 23-tonne versions for 6x2/4 chassis, and larger models for 8x4 trucks. The range of 32-tonne rigids will suit double-bin loading arrangements.

Re-Tech Engineering was formed by an ex-employee team under Keith Atkins from Skipmaster, which closed in 1993, later to be joined by others from David MacKrill Engineering.
