Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We record with regret the deaths of Harry William (Bill) Whale and David Wyatt. Mr Whale, 71, was a joint founder with Sir Francis Griffin of Ryland Vehicle Group Ltd, the Midlands commercial vehicle distributor. He had a very long association with Atkinson and Seddon vehicles as Ryland Group was one of the very earliest agents to be appointed in the UK for these two manufacturers.

Mr Wyatt, 41, was joint managing director of Drinkwater (Services) Ltd. After a career as a regular soldier serving with what is now the Queen's Own Hussars, he joined the Drinkwater Group in 1961, becoming a director of Drinkwater (Services) Ltd in 1963 and joint managing director in 1968. He was also a director of Tri-City European Sales Ltd.
