missioners have granted, with some limitation on the monthly allowance of vehicle journeys requested, the application made by W. C. Standerwick Ltd. and Scout Motor Services Ltd., on December 15, to vary the conditions attached to the express carriage services operated between Fleetwood, Blackpool and London. This grant includes a maximum of 1,250 vehicle journeys in each peak month of July and August (in February and November the total is 325 journeys each month).
