Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

QA number of our drivers have reported that when refuelling on the Continent they get excessive smoke and loss of power. Is this due to poor quality fuel?

DM, Wimbledon AFuel standards on the Continent are as high, and in some cases higher, than in the UK. Last year the cetene index of winter diesel was dropped to 48, but most oil companies are still producing fuel at 50+. France, Germany and Italy average 51.

Is it possible that your drivers have found a source of substandard fuel?
