• A bid for a new PSV Operator's Licence by Rotherham operator Kevin Lambert, whose previous licence was revoked following his imprisonment for firearms offences, has been adjourned for the second time by North Eastern Traffic Commissioner Frederick Whalley. Lambert, who traded as Key Latnberrs Coaches, was seeking a licence for four vehicles.
