• Two minibus operators, who provided unauthorised "courtesy" services to Manchester Airport, have been ordered to pay fines and costs totalling 21,115 by the Manchester City Magistrates.
Robert P Williams, trading as Airport Cruisers, of Nantwich, admitted using a minibus without a PSV Operators Licence and without a Certificate of Initial Fitness, He was fined £200, and 240 costs.
Derek Buckley, trading as ACS Airport Storage, of Carrington, admitted two offences of using a minibus without a PSV Operators Licence and two offences of allowing it to be driven by an unqualified driver. He was fined £800 and £75 costs.
