Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Established in 1933, the 35-strong CS Ellis (Group) fleet operates from a purpose-built site in South Luffenham, in the centre of Rutland, England's smallest county. In many ways Ellis is a perfect illustration of the notion of adapting to survive. With its roots firmly in general haulage, it has evolved to offer a large (eight-acre) warehousing operation, regular Continental groupage and full load services and a groWing ADR operation.

CS Ellis is also a Palletline member, so it can ship single-pallet consignments as far afield as Austria. Through its sister company, Rutland Worldwide Freight, it can also offer a global freight service via air or sea.

A stroll around the yard reveals a modern workshop fully equipped for routine serVicing and maintenance and pre-test inspections up to Ministry standards. This service extends to a recovery operation equipped with damage-free underlift equipment and a towing capacity of up to 38 tonnes.

And if all you're after is a wash and brush-up, head for the group's latest bit of kit: a fully automatic truck wash which, for Z15 (ex-VAT), is available to whoever wants to look their best.
