RESPONDINGTO the letter from Rob Roweth (CM 1 December), 1 fully agree that the Jrivers of the HGVs involved in the 17.5-mile mobile roadblock he iaw lacked professionalism and plain courtesy —not only to the general motorist but also to other professional drivers who also have a job to do.
If they are identified by their 2..mployers, they should be sent on in attitude-retraining course — along with Mr Roweth.
That Cambridgeshire County Council should employ such an )pinionated person in such an important position is a great thame. He seems antiHGV to both drivers and employers.
His sneering letter classes all of as in the same lowly bracket. It's like saying all highway managers ire incompetent because one of them can't even get the junction aurnbers on the road signs correct )n one of our major highways.
