Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Central Trailer Rentco (Cm) has developed a temperature monitoring and recording system which it will retrofit for £625 with two temperature sensors (the minimum required by the regulations). Operated by a simple button system, the unit records air temperatures at predetermined intervals and can give a print-out when a delivery is made.

Up to four temperature and four events (door opening, defrost and so on) can be monitored by the unit, which can display its information in English, Dutch, French, German or Danish. Three months' records are stored in the rolling memory which can be downloaded into a PC via a Ramlog (which costs an additional £195).

Another feature of the unit, which operates on any voltage between 12 and 36 volts, is selfcalibration. CTR's team of mobile engineers can retrofit the unit in about three hours.
