NEW MAR Oil Services of Altens, Aberdeen, is to open the first tanker certification centre north of Stirling.

When the temporary Government centre at Stirling closes in the near future, it will be the only such location in Scotland.

The company is well established offshore and is developing its on shore facilities with this as a diversification.
