Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THIRTY PER CENT growth is planned for Systemline, Lex Wilkinson's contract distribution division which is making a major bid for new business.

Turnover grew by 27 per cent this year to about ClOrn, and among new customers just won by the company is Willis Brown, the British franchise holder for Zanussi products.

As a step towards this growth, Systemline has acquired its own managing director, Brian Templar, and general manager, Stephen Hayward, both from British Road Services (CM, November 241 to manage the business separately from the Lex Wilkinson parcels divisions.

They are planning to give Systemline a stronger identity of its own, although they stress that they value the other services which are available from sister companies in the Lex group.

Lex Wilkinson is also close to the frontiers of computer developments in the road transport industry, having developed the Wilkontrol parcels location system in the Seventies and is investing hundreds of thousands of pounds in Systemline technology to maintain what it
