The report of the East Kent Road Car Co., Ltd., for the year ended September 30th last has just been issued, and shows a profit of ;25,875, and this is increased by £7,506 brought forward from the previous year. malting £33.381. From this sum 11,000 is carried to
general reserve, and a dividend of 10 per cent, per annum accounts for a further £24,718. When these deductions have been made, a sum of £7,663 remains to be carried forward. The gross revenue of the company amounted to 1214,955, and under the heading of operating and maintenance costs a sum of £124,829 was disbursed,
