• TNT Retail Express has announced new contracts with Makro and Littlewoods subsidiary Index Catalogue Shops.
The Makro contract involves distributing clothing from Makro Multi-Trade Centres to 17 cashand-carry sites in the UK.
For Index, TNT will collect from UK suppliers and deliver to the company's two distribution centres in Manchester and Birmingham.
0 TNT Express Worldwide has launched an express service to Romania after signing a joint operating agreement with recently formed Romanian company Romcargo.
TNT has also opened an office in Bucharest linnking into TNT's world network.
