Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEGAL EXPENSES cover is now being provided for commercial and industrial firms by the Sun Alliance group.

Any type or size of business can find itself involved in litigation and many firms simply do not have the resources to defend their rights, according to John Jones, manager of Sun Alliance's commercial accident department.

There are four main areas of cover in the policy. These are employment disputes; prosecutions of the insured or his employees under, for example, the Health and Safety at Work Act; property damage and nuisance actions against third parties; and contract disputes with a customer or supplier in respect of goods or services.

Full details from any Sun Alliance branch office or from Andy Winnard, Commercial Accident Department, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AB.
