ATTENDANTS on heavy haulag lorries must have individm control books, Doncaster Crow Court has decided.
Last week it dismissed an ap peal by Pickfords Heavy Haulag against a conviction for failing t, issue a control book, and wi now have to fit all of its vehicle with two-man tachographs ii time for their compulsory use ii January.
A Road Haulage Associatioi spokesman said that it is givini serious consideration to helpinc Pickfords fight the move whei its executive board meets thi month.
