Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING an agreement between the National Federation Building Trades Employers and the Transport and General Worke Union, drivers' wages in the building industry will be as folla from July 20 to November 1 (for vehicles over 24 tonnes gross): 40 hours, London £76.35; grade 1 £76.15; guaranteed minimum additional payment £12.20 all grades.

From November 2 payment will be for 29 hours at the following rates: London £76.45; grade 1 £76.25; guaranteed minimum additional paym £12.09 all grades.

The rates from November 2 to 3.5 tonnes gross will be: L don E74.30; grade 1 E74. guaranteed minimum additio payment £12.09.

Subsistence allowance is creased from July 20 from a to £9.75. From November 2, scale of overtime payments creases from time and a hal. double time after the first th hours of overtime, or from 4 Saturday or all day Sunday.
