Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FTA wants answers to a number of worrying questions arising from the Health and Safety at Work Act.

It has asked the Health and Safety Executive what the employers' responsibilities are in the case of employees using their own vehicles on company business.

The FTA also wants to know whose responsibility it is to ensure compliance with safety requirements when an em ployee visits another company on business. Specific questions in this area concern the supply and wearing of protective clothing.

Official notes of guidance to employers on the preparation of company policy with regard to health and safety have not yet appeared. The FTA has asked what has happened to them since there has been a legal requirement for such policy statements Since April 1.
