Standard national licence: allows the carriage of own goods and the carriage of goods for others on a hire and reward basis. It allows the haulage of trailers taking part in an international journey, as long as the vehicles do not leave the UK.
Standard international licence: allows the carriage of own goods and goods for others for hire and reward, both in the UK and on international journeys, including the Irish Republic.
