WE ARE a small but busy transport company employing 20 drivers. Recently we have added a new vehicle and are looking for new drivers, both for this additional vehicle and to cover for others. We have been really surprised by the lack of interest in these positions. and when we have successfully recruited someone, on a couple of occasions they have changed their minds before they have started.
We don't rope and sheet, it's very easy work and we pay above the regional payrate. The positions are advertised in the north-east Lincolnshire area.
