Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE SKY WAS the limit for the driver of this truck after the weight of two skips forced the vehicle to upend. He was trying to lift the two soil-packed skips when the chains holding them snapped and sent the cab flying upwards in South Woodford, east London. The driver apparently jumped clear and was unharmed; his boss was probably not skip-ing for joy.
