Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Although doing a job well is a reward in itself, its always nice to get official recognition. International driver Kenneth Diver (left) recently received a Diploma of Honour from the International Road Transport Union (IflU) in recognition of excellent service as a professional driver.

Kenneth, who works for Andrew Wishart & Sons in Fife, is clearly delighted: "Ws always nice to receive praise for a job well done," he says. "I have always worked within the haulage industry and enjoy it immensely."

Kenneth's bosses are rightly proud of their diligent employee; he is pictured being congratulated by transport manager Richard Wishart. Nice one Kenneth, with this diploma under your belt you can consider yourself a gentleman and a scholar!
