ONpage 31 of the March 25 issue of this journal, in "Licensing Casebook", it was stated that Sparkhill Motor Haulage was associated with Jones Transport Services (Midlands) Ltd. We have been asked to state that, apart from the fact that the businesses of both companies are carried on at the same premises, there is no association between the two companies.
Further, a witness was quoted as referring to "Mr. Nichols, of Jones Transport", and we are now informed that Mr. Nichols is not employed by Jones Transport Services (Midlands) Ltd.
