The International Truck of theYear jury comprises road transport journalists from 19 European countries, chaired by the British representative Commercial Motor's editor, Andy Salter (above). The jury looks at every LGV launched in the previous 12 months and selects the truck that is deemed to have made "the greatest contribution to the efficient carriage of goods" as International Truck of the Year.
