Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A TRUCK DRIVER has been fined £75 after he failed to secure his load and scattered a trail of dead chickens on a Scottish road.

Derek Gibson, of Balbeggie, Perthshire, was hauling more than 4,000 birds along the A93 between Blairgowrie and Perth on 3 July.

At Perth Sheriff Court Gibson admitted to driving the truck while the load posed a danger to the public. Sheriff Alistair Thornton imposed three points on his licence and a £75 fine.
