Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Hawk has become something eta bookworm of late. This week the reading specs were on for Gloucestershire Goods and Service Vehicles by Colin Martin. Martin has compiled over 200 monochrome photographs, accompanied by captions, which chronicle the history of commercial vehicles in Gloucestershire from the turn of the century to the mideighties. The book is divided into four chapters: Local Delivery Vehicles; Emergency Service Vehicles: Council and Specialist Vehicles; and General Haulage Vehicles. Although the quality of the reproductions is not as sharp as it might be, the pictures are brought alive by the people who appear alongside their vehicles. The milkmen from the Gloucestershire Dairy & Creamery including Michael Sheward who was awarded an MBE in this year's New Year's Honours List for his service to the community. The men from the Tetbury Fire Brigade are shown perched precariously on their horse-drawn pump in 1912. Many of the county's haulage fleets, past and present, are represented including Joseph Rice & Son, Capaldi & Son, Arthur Brunsden, Sharpe and Fisher, George Read and CM Denton. This valuable addition to the transport archives, priced at £9.99, is available from Tempus Publishing, The Mill, Brimscombe Port, Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL5 2QG.
