William Pitt, of Seedley Street Rusholme, and James Murphy, of Tumbu Road, Longsight, were both fined £.2f. and Patrick Murphy, of Heald Avemu Rusholme, fined £40. All three driver admitted tipping rubbish on sites in Mos Side, Manchester. It was alleged that Jame Murphy had told a policeman: "We jth tip it anywhere."
