Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEXT Friday, September 21, Earls

Court opens its door to the many thousands of people who will visit the Commercial Motor Show. The official opening will be performed by Sir William McFadzean and the exhibition will thereafter be open every day from 10 a.m. io 9 p.m. until September 29, except for Sunday, September 23.

Prices of admission are 5s. before 5 p.m. and 2s. 6d. after 5 p.m., except on Saturday, when the charge is 2s. 6d. all day.

The Earls Court exhibition building is in the angle formed by Warwick Road and Lillie Road in south-west London, just north-west of Battersea Bridge. The building's own car parks are usually filled very early each day by exhibitors and their staffs; the accompanying map shows nearby car parks, but these, too, are likely to fill early in the day. The police allow parking in some streets adjoining Earls Court but these fill up quickly; the roads shown outlined in bold on the map are very definitely no-waiting areas and will beā€¢enforeed as such.

The best method of travelling to the Show is by public transport. Earls Court Underground station, linked to the hall by a subway, can be reached from any

point on the London Transport Uncle ground system. Many outlying Unde ground stations have car parks, and th map shows those with spaces for 50 t more cars, but, here again, large pail indicate large demand, and early arriv: is obviously desirable. On the oth( hand, street parking near outlying sfatior is almost certainly easier than aroun Earls Court.

Bus routes serving the exhibition an No. 30, Roeharnpton to Hackney \Viet through Putney, Fulham, Hyde Par Corner, Marble Arch, Baker Street an King's Cross; No. 31, which runs frca Camden Town to Chelsea through Swi! Cottage, Kilburn and Notting Hill Gati and No. 74, from Camden Town t Putney through St. John's Wood, Marbl Arch and Knightsbridge.
