Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• May I, through your publication, try to warn potential so-called self employed owner-drivers to think very carefully before signing any contract? I personally bitterly regret falling for the allure of selfemployment.

The initial cost was several thousand pounds of redundancy money. This was rapidly running out and! needed work. I got no hard and fast guarantees about earnings, only vague approximations and averages I was not under any illusions that I would earn a fortune, however I did believe that I would earn more than £82 a week.

I signed what I now know to be a totally one-sided contract. I do what Fm told when I'm told to do it. I cannot negotiate rates or make any of my own decisions.

I would like your readers to know that I am referring to a multi-national company, not a cowboy outht

For myself, I can only foresee a really gloomy future and another four years of misery. I advise anyone contemplating a similar venture to read the contract very carefully before signing Name and address supplied
