• Cavewood Transport has added a left-hand drive Volvo F12 drawbar outfit to its continental fleet for regular runs to Switzerland.
The 18.35m rig is powered by a 300kW (405hp) TD123ES chargecooled diesel, has air rear suspension and is fitted with a Telma Focal retarder. The two-axle prime mover pulls a Ray Smith centre-axle drawbar trailer with Weweller air suspended RO-R axles and 215/75 17.5 tyre equipment, linked by a VI3G 620 hitch with auto air release.
ZS Bodies added the 7.93m and 7.32m curtainsider bodies with fold-back roof system.
