Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Cornwall police have released a man on police bail after a hunt for a truck driver who drove away from a fatal accident three weeks ago.

They interviewed a Bristol man after police officers spotted a damaged truck that fitted the description of the one involved in the accident or the A30 near Launceston.

Deborah Gerry, 27, died instantly when her car drove into the back of the truck as it prepared to make a U-turn just west of the town.

"The man is due to come back at the end of this month," a Cornwall police spokesman says. "I cannot say any more than that — he is on police bail." Police had contacted freight and distribution companies in their search for the driver, who is alleged to have stopped after the accident and inspected the car containing the dead woman before driving off.
