Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

has begun an internal investigation to address allegations of corruption and bribery. On 5 May, the German offices of yAN, MAN Trucks, as well as dealerships and three private residences, were searched by Munich's public prosecution office. The firm is accused of paying bribes in exchange for deals to sell and lease its trucks and buses.

Prosecutors claim that between 2002 and 2005, MAN is suspected of paying hidden commission worth Elm (E884,439) in Germany, and 'several million euros in other countries in connection with sales of commercial vehicles".

MAN says it does not tolerate any illegal or irregular contact and has hired an auditing firm to clear up any suspicion of improper commission payments. "If these investigations, or those being conducted by the public prosecution authorities, find evidence of additional cases of personal misconduct by employees, the company will take action," it says.
