WE regret to record the deaths of MR. Tom GREENSLADE, MR. E. V. RALPH, Ma. IRVING E. EVERINGHAM and MR. J. W. TREECE.

Mr. Greenslade was managing director of Monsen Bros. (Exeter), Ltd., until the end of last year, and was a past chairman of the West of England Area of the National Association of Furniture Warehousemen and Removers. He had been in poor health for some months.

Mr. Ralph, who was 55, was general manager of the Monmouthshire company of Ralphs Garages, Ltd., and a former chairman of the Passenger Vehicle Operators' Association. He was a director of Red and White Services, Ltd., before they were nationalized, joint managing director of Griffin Services, Ltd., and managing director of Reliance Services, Ltd., Barry.

Mr. Everingham was formerly managing director of E B. Motor Services, recently sold to East Yorkshire Motor Services, Ltd.

Mr. Treece, who was managing director of Electric Vehicle Service, Birmingham, Ltd., and Treece (Birmingham), Ltd., was a pioneer manufacturer of battery-electric vehicles. He was managing director of Electricars, Ltd., from shortly after the 1914-18 war until the company was absorbed by Crompton Parkinson in 1939. He was 67.
