Since the introduction of the sixcylinder Chevrolet chassis for 12-cwt. and 30-cwt. loads the bulk of orders has been very large. To cope with this demand the conveyer plant of General Motors, Ltd., The Hyde, Hendon, London, N.W.9, has been somewhat altered to increase the daily output, whilst a new enamelling outfit is being installed to deal with the large number of parts which . require to be dipped, such as wings and other large-surfaced • components.
