Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Neway Anchorlok International (Europe) has introduced the ARC-98 low profile, underslung trailer air suspension. The system has an axle capacity of 9A tonnes and is engineered for European operating conditions. It can be specified in single, twin or triaxle formats. Two versions are available to provide different ride heights-170mm or 230mmthe taller one has a lift axle option.

The underslung design makes the system suitable for maximum cube trailers, car transporters and low-loaders and its relative lightness can provide significant weight savings, particularly on triaxle applications.

Other benefits include positive control of brake reaction and axle tracking due to the three-bush design for the pivot and axle connections. Multiple points compliance results in longer bush life and reduces the potential for axle misalignment and the consequent excessive tyre wear says Neway.

The ARU-98 is covered by a comprehensive three-year warranty which includes the main suspension arm rubber bushings. To provide its European trailer OEM customers with a full service capability, Neway is now offering its air suspension systems packaged complete with premium duty axles and other ancillary equipment.
