Those are the views of the 3ritish Railways Board which net the House of Commons "ransport Committee last week o discuss transportation in Lonion, and a memorandum to the ;ommittee said that extensive :o-operation takes place beween both boards and at all evels of management.
BR and LT are currently reviewing and developing ways in hi c h the existing forms and extent of collaboration can be strengthened.
Like LT, BR is critical of investment levels and says that it needs to double its present level for the next decade if significant improvements in standards are to be achieved.
