THE THEME at the annual RHA tipping convention to be held at the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate from July 3-6, will be overloading. There will be a demonstration of tipping vehicles using weighbridges while overloaded and this will be followed by a session at which lawyers Mr J. Backhouse and Mr J. Lawton will explain the legal implications.
The convention will also deal with commercial and technical aspects of overloading.
