Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

First shown in the UK at the CV Show in April, Spanish-made Plastecnic aluminium landing legs are now being distributed in the UK by Bowmonk of Norwich. Bowmonk is also distributing Plastecnic’s on-board weighing system, alongside an alternative Canadian-made TruckWeight system (CM 31 May), just two of many systems at the show. It is becoming increasingly popular to use wireless data transmission between the load cells or sensors and the display unit; TruckWeight and many of the others are also battery-operated, therefore side-stepping the problems associated with cables and connectors exposed to dirt, dust and water on tippers. One just has to factor in the issue of battery replacement.
