JONBEARICH HAS been granted authorisation for two vehicles and one trailer at the Concrete facility in Holywell Road, Sheffield, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • the operator will provide the traffic commissioner (TC) with requested bank statements and other financial details by 30 September 2012; • all arrangements to act as transport manager for any operator must be clearly set out in writing and signed by both parties, specifying exactly what is to be expected and the rate to be paid.
The transport manager will: • utilise a weekly check sheet to ensure each operator has complied with the systems; • ensure regular audits of the systems are completed to make sure the way drivers are performing their walk-around checks are satisfactory and any fitters are capable of the job; • produce written reports for the operator; • ensure all changes are notified to the TC in a timely fashion and within the timescales set out; • keep a record that must be produced to the TC or Vosa on request of all visits to the operator, the systems checked and copies of reports.
