Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

im One method of warming the cab is via the engine cooling circuit. According to Roger Edwards, managing director of Webasto Thermosystems, water heaters are as popular on the Continent as cab heaters. "In the UK, though, cab heaters have traditionally been an after-market fitment and air heaters are easier to install," he says. "There's also a perception that there is insufficient capacity to warm the cab, but this is not true." The Webasto Thermo 90S has a variable output of between 1,5 and 7.6kW, but this can temporarily be boosted to 9:IkW for especially cold mornings.

Ebersp5cher is promoting its compact Hydronic water heater primarily as an engine pre-heater. Pre-heating the engine reduces wear and emissions: hence the appeal to truck manufacturers. MAN fits the Hydronic in the TG-A series, for example, and Daf offers it on the new CF series.
