PORTSMOUTH round of the Lorry Driver of the Year Competition will be held on August 24. The starting control, where maintenance will be checked, will be at Hilsea gas works. Manceuvring tests will be performed at Royal Marine Barracks, Eastney, instead of Victoria Barracks as in the past. The new site offers adequate facilities for tests on the large parade ground.
